Shannon has spent most of her career connecting people and products through marketing and communication initiatives. Shannon joined Cornerstone Insurance Services, Inc. in July 2018 as a Property & Casualty Producer. Shannon’s primary role is increasing revenue by offering a variety of insurance products to clients, directly contributing to the Agency’s productivity goals. She cultivates and manages relationships with new and existing client and business partners by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery. 

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Shannon was an IT client services manager in healthcare and focused on delivering digital marketing expertise to help clients use the web to drive online visibility. She has led marketing programs in web design, web development and online marketing campaigns. Equipped with more than 15 years of experience building sales and managing accounts, Shannon knows what it means to keep clients happy and ensure projects run smoothly.

Shannon proudly hails from Wisconsin where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Journalism. She has built a wonderful life in St. Thomas over the past 15 years with her husband. When she’s not chasing after her two young children, she loves to relax by reading, snorkeling and restoring West Indian antique furniture. However, her true passion is traveling—meeting people from different cultures, visiting historical places and experiencing the diversity of nature.
